Step 1: Prepare the puree
To make Fenugreek Pea Malai, first heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon and cardamom in it, after about 10 seconds add finely chopped onion, fry on slow flame until the onion becomes slightly red, then add ginger and garlic paste in it. Add 2 chopped green chillies and 4 to 5 cashew nuts. Now cook it on slow flame. Cook it like this for 3 to 4 minutes and then turn off the gas.
