Now heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and fry for 10 seconds. Now add chopped onion, fry for 20 to 40 seconds. Now add all the chopped vegetables in it. Fry well for 3 to 4 minutes (now you can also add boiled noodles in it)

Now pour half a cup of flour batter into the pan and spread the batter throughout the pan while shaking the pan. Now pour the remaining batter back into the flour.
